Boxwood is the first tiny home community in Llano County, Texas.
We are a 14 home community on approximately 2 acres in the heart of Kingsland, Texas. We're within walking distance to HEB, and about 1/2 mile to Lake LBJ.
Although approved tiny homes from any dealers are welcome, we also partner with Decathlon Tiny Homes, who will cover your first month's rent if you buy from them and move the home to Boxwood.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST & WHAT’S INCLUDED?

- Annual lot rent starts at $525/month
- Water from a private well / wastewater
- Fiber enabled internet. The cable is available should you decide to sign up for internet at your expense
- Trash disposal
- Land taxes
- Grounds maintenance
- Your internet plan & electricity are not included. City water will be added in the future and will not be included in lot rent.
As of November 2023, there are 2 spaces available for your tiny home. Other dealers include Highland Lakes Tiny Homes, Creative Living Solutions, Village Tiny Homes, and others.
